Overall this assignment went quite well and I was quite happy with my results, specifically with the variety of styles and techniques I tried to use. However, I think I could have captured more dynamic subject matter and explored motion more, rather than the somewhat static images I took during this assignment.

I wanted to explore the OES campus and try shoot various locations using close ups and obscure angles to show a unique perspective on the campus that is not always considered. The techniques also allowed me take focus away from where on campus the photo was taken and emphasize the image itself.

I think that this assignment aligned with my expectations in terms of quality. Looking over my work there are many more things I would have liked to capture on campus, but I am quite happy with what I included. Additionally, the developmental process instilled me with fear before I began that process, and I expected some level of failure, but thankfully that process went quite smooth for me.

In the future I hope to capture movement, and try to be more focused on the picture itself, rather than making sure every technical aspect of the camera is perfect before taking a picture.

I think I managed my time quite well, I finished the assignment multiple days before the due date, which allowed me to spend time editing my photos and furthering my understanding of the various aspects of photography.
